Controller can use micro switches or prox-switches or 4-20 ma for input position
Using limit switch or prox switches you can:
Set:
- RAM moving timer - ON or OFF
- Restore your settings - SAVE
- Restore OEM parameter - RESTORE
- Retarder moving timer (if not in position by preset time) - 1-20 minutes
- Retarder set before SOL - OPEN or CLOSE
- Time to override Hot Oil switch - 1-180 minutes
Show:
- RAM direction - "F" "R" (Forward or Reverse)
- RAM position - CALL FOR
- System readings - READY or RUN or SOL
- Time of event for - Alarms, Hot Oil, Low Oil and SOL
- Time for Total pump run
- Override hot oil fault - 0-180 minutes
- Circuit breakers status - ON or TRIPPED
Test:
- Trip circuit breakers
- Retarder - START, STOP, OPEN and CLOSE
Adjust:
- Pump run time per car cut - 20-99 seconds [00 = Continuous]
- RAM moving time if not in position - 1-20 minutes
Using transducer input analog 4-20 ma— Same as limit switches or proxy switch input plus the following features:
Set:
- RAM position 0 1 2 3 4 from screen(Forward or Reverse)
- RCalibrate range
Show:
- RAM position and RAM position ERROR
Adjust:
- RAM position + or - of position
Using:
- Magnetostrictive position sensor
- Linear, absolute position measurement
- Highly durable, non-contacting design
